Many of the SUNBOUNCE products are “Made in Germany.” We practice TQM, Total Quality Management to assure the highest quality standards are met. Despite the many rigorous tests that take place before shipping, a defect can occur we’ll gladly correct the fault for you.
We guarantee our products for 24 months after the date of purchase. If you are outside the guarantee time period, we offer you an accommodating repair service. In order that we can properly fulfill our guarantee obligations, please register your product within 14 days of purchase here on our website. For guarantee coverage, a unique registration per product is all we require. Please fill in the registration/service form and submit.
